For each position, we evaluate candidates through a 4-step process to find the most qualified and capable candidate to fill the position.
The 4 steps for a recruitment process include:
1. Submit application
Send us your CV if you feel you are qualified.
2. Practice test
Candidates who complete step 2 will receive a placement-specific practice test.
3. First interview
Only shortlisted candidates are invited to this interview.
4. Second interview
We once again assess whether you are a good fit for the position we are applying for.
